Slow cooked beef in various curry spices and herbs, served on a bed of rice. Although curry will be cooked with potatoes, the meal can be served with or without potatoes for home freezing purposes.

Chicken marinated for 12 hours and barbequed, sliced and served on a bed of linguine. Chicken covered with a Napolitano sauce and parmesan cheese.

Vegetable R25

A combination of vegetables prepared in a Napolitano sauce with various herbs and spices, served on a bed of linguine. The prepared vegetables are covered with parmesan cheese.
